The heart of bartending and quality spirits beat loud and strong in Thessaloniki on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Pavilion 5 of TIF HELEXPO. The Salonica Bar Show, held under the auspices of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, brought together industry professionals from Greece, the Balkans, and beyond, in a celebration of inspiration, innovation, and taste discovery.
This year, Strawbar participated with great energy at STAND A53. The public response was overwhelming, with visitors from the hospitality sector and spirits enthusiasts sampling our three labels — Strawbar Origin, Strawbar Platinum, and Strawbar Gold — and discovering the unique flavor identity they offer, both straight and in cocktails!
Strawbar is not just another spirit. It is the realization of a vision: to transform a familiar fruit — the small, nutrient-rich strawberries of northwestern Greece — into a high-quality spirit with purity, intensity, and authenticity.
Our presence at the Salonica Bar Show 2025 confirmed that there is an audience seeking something different. Visitors’ tastings, their positive feedback, and the growing interest encourage us to keep going.
