On November 4-5, Strawbar returned once again to Technopolis City of Athens for the Athens Bar Show 2025 – one of the world’s leading educational exhibitions for bartenders, mixologists, distillers and hospitality professionals.
We were excited to reconnect with the community, meet familiar faces, and introduce even more visitors to our strawberry spirits.
Each year, the Athens Bar Show gives us the opportunity to showcase the evolution of Strawbar and engage with the professionals who shape the future of the bar industry.

Returning participants who knew Strawbar from previous years were eager to see how our brand and products have progressed and meet our latest spirit – the Strawbar Gold, the first aged strawberry spirit in the world!
Athens Bar Show 2025 was another successful and inspiring edition for Strawbar. The conversations, tastings, and collaborations sparked during these two days reaffirm our belief in the growing role of strawberry spirits in contemporary mixology.
